Victoria Andújar is an accomplished arts administrator, project manager, and operations & communications strategist with a passion for non-profit arts organizations. She currently serves as the Director of Venue Rentals at San Diego Symphony, where she has been instrumental in developing and implementing the venue rentals program for the new Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, the Symphony’s highly sought-after waterfront concert venue. Victoria’s extensive experience in the arts industry and her proven leadership skills have enabled her to successfully create best practices across all departments and ensure seamless operations at the Rady Shell.

With Victoria’s guidance, the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park has quickly gained recognition as “the country’s coolest new concert venue”, according to Forbes, and a top choice for concert promoters and corporate event planners alike. She is also spearheading the reinvention of the rentals program at the historic Copley Symphony Hall, which is currently undergoing renovations.

Prior to her role with the San Diego Symphony, Victoria served as the Associate Director of Venue Sales at Lincoln Center in New York, where she oversaw a team of five responsible for filling the dance cards for David Geffen Hall, Alice Tully Hall, the Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse, the David Rubenstein Atrium, and the Public Areas (including the iconic fountain!). During her tenure, Victoria developed a reputation for excellence, with her keen attention to detail and loyalty making her an indispensable employee and trusted .

Before joining Lincoln Center, Victoria spent nearly four years managing operations at Culture Project, a non-profit Off-Broadway theater company dedicated to utilizing the arts as a vehicle for social change. Promoted from Assistant to Director in less than two years, she also functioned as Line Producer and/or Company Manager on various acclaimed and star-studded productions and events.

Victoria’s range of experience working in non-profits, both large and small, has further enhanced her adaptability and ability to work smarter, rather than harder. She completed a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Hospitality Management from the University of San Francisco’s McLaren School of Management, and her passion for inspiring a spirit of hospitality in every workplace has been evident throughout her career.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Victoria is a proud first-generation American, born to Cuban and Spanish parents. She resides in San Diego with her husband and child, and enjoys dance, grammar, good food and travel whenever possible.
